Alex

Alex can’t find peace. He’s a first responder and is great at his job. He thrives under pressure, stays calm when others can’t, and can always push through exhaustion to finish the task at hand.

But, when the shift ends, the uniform comes off, and there’s no immediate crisis to respond to, that’s when the real problems start. Everything catches up with him at once. The horrible images he can’t erase, the calls that haunt him, the split-second life or death decisions that replay endlessly in his head. It’s all too much to bear, so he shuts down emotionally, closes off from the world, and sinks into loneliness and despair.

Sarah

Sarah is always on edge. She was a happy child and lived a pleasant life. That all changed at her seventeenth birthday party when she was assaulted by a family friend. In an instant, her entire world was altered, and things have never been the same since.

She never feels safe or secure, always sure that some threat is lurking around every corner. Without warning, panic consumes her – heart racing, ears ringing, unable to breathe. She lives in constant fear of the next trigger and avoids people, places, or situations that feel unpredictable. She wants so badly to move on but doesn’t know how.

Eric

Eric is burned out. From the outside, he seems to have it all. A lucrative career, a glamorous wife, and a beautiful home. Anyone would call him a success. But he doesn’t feel that way.

For as long as he can remember, he’s been working, striving, always pushing forward toward some unseen goal. He thought that as his position rose, he’d have more freedom, but it’s exactly the opposite.

The demands on his time and energy are always growing. He keeps telling himself that if he can just get through this next day, or week, or year, he’ll finally allow himself to rest. But it never comes. He’s so exhausted but feels trapped.

Lisa

Lisa feels alone. She has a husband and family that she loves dearly, but for some reason, she feels disconnected from them. She wants so badly to be a good mother, a patient spouse, and a caring friend/daughter/sibling/coworker, but she finds herself struggling to care.

Every day, her frustration and resentment seem to grow, and lately, she’s been exploding in anger over trivial things. The only thing worse than this confusion is the crushing guilt she feels all the time. She wishes there was some way to get back the person she used to be, but it feels hopeless. She simply can’t connect to the world.

You’ve tried to fix things.

You ignore your problems, desperately avoiding triggers, hoping it will all solve itself.

When that doesn’t help, you distract yourself with work, substances, or compulsive behaviors.

But no matter how hard you try to find a solution, things always seem to get worse.

Something has to change.

You’re sick of struggling through life – one moment, scared and on edge, the next, numb, on autopilot.

The nightmares, the irritability, the constant exhaustion. You’ve been carrying too much for too long.

You know things can’t go on this way much longer, but you don’t know what else to do.

There is a better way.

The good news is it doesn’t have to stay this way, and you
don’t have to carry this pain any longer.

It’s possible to heal, reclaim your life, and find a strong,
centered, and whole version of yourself.

Now’s the time to take the next step. Let’s work together to stop
simply surviving and start truly living.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Hi, I’m Ken.

And I’m so glad you’re here. I know it can be tough to take that first step toward healing, and I want to make sure you feel comfortable knowing you’re in the right place.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how trauma, stress, and burnout can shape us in ways we don’t always understand. But I also know that healing is possible, and that’s what I’m here to help you with.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of holding it all together, I’m here to listen. You don’t have to go through this alone, and I’ll walk with you every step of the way.

I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can take the time you need to process, heal, and move forward.

My goal is to help you rediscover the parts of yourself that have been buried under stress and trauma, so you can feel like you again. You deserve that, and I’d love to help you get there.

I know therapy can feel like a big leap, but trust me, it’s worth it. Call me now to get started today!

More about me

Alex

Alex didn’t know where to turn when he got in touch. Through our work, he learned that just because he can handle the hardest moments on the job doesn’t mean he can handle everything. In our sessions, we explored the patterns holding him back, the reason his mind and body react the way they do and healthier ways to cope. Now, he feels more connected to both his loved ones and himself.

Sarah

Sarah was tired of feeling stuck. She called me and was relieved to find a safe space to let her guard down and finally process her old wounds. She learned to look at the past with compassion, understand her present, and build a future where she felt more connected and at peace. She hasn’t forgotten what happened to her, but she’s reclaimed her sense of safety, her ability to feel joy, and her life.

Eric

Eric was exhausted but undaunted. He was questioning whether all of the work he’d put in and the sacrifices he made were for nothing. Through therapy, he realized that burnout was not a sign of weakness but rather an indication he’d been giving too much for too long without getting enough in return. Now, he’s learned to set healthier boundaries and feels like he’s living again, not just surviving.

Lisa

Lisa didn’t want to do this alone any longer. She scheduled her first session, and we set to work helping her reconnect to the world. She learned new ways to communicate her needs and skills to control her emotions rather than letting them control her. Now, she knows she has the resilience to handle whatever comes her way and is proud of how she’s showing up for her loved ones and herself.
